I'm part of the organizing team for an event called Bohemian Cafe. This event aims to bring together musicians, poets, singers, photographers, designers, crafters, painters, etc. to showcase and share their artworks in a Bohemian setting. Audiences will be seated in a candelight setting with cushions, sofas, coffee tables, served with coffee & pastry while they enjoy the different performances. We want everyone to learn to appreciate the arts without standards nor judgements. By the way, this is the first time an event like this is going to happen at HELP.
So first things first, what's an event without recruitment and promotions? We set up a booth in University Live! a clubs and society day at HELP University College, to recruit performers and artwork displayers. Our response was not bad, looks like we're gonna have the whole venue filled with performers and audiences. =)

Overall, we're quite happy with the response from our friends, fellow tutors & lecturers.. ;) Looking forward for the actual day..
