Yesterday was my last session with my personal trainer- Zul.. Although my muscles were all still sore from thursday, I could do some cardio exercise on the cycling machine, treadmill (with slope), and stairs.. haha =D shocked myself too coz before that i needed thrice the time i usually need to go up a flight of stairs.. but after doing those cardio stuff, my thigh muscles felt quite relief, to my surprise.. lol =D
However, i couldn't do much resistance training for my legs.. ended my last session and i'm ready to move towards my target body shape! haha =D weight doesn't really matter that much, it's the toned up body, higher stamina that i want! hehe =P
well, lets see how i end up in december then.. ^^
